The villa "Phoenix" is a charming villa with fantastic ocean view located on the hillside of Pointe Milou.
The villa is comfortable, well fitted, and spacious on the outside as the living room opens onto the terrace and pool. The terrace promises total relaxation in one of the more peaceful spots of the island
Rates are for 7 nights. Extra nights available at 1/7th of weekly rate.
All prices are subject to an additional 10% administrative fee and an additional 5% local government tax.
Included: meet & greet service, escort to the villa upon arrival, maid service
(except holidays and Sundays), household linen, water, electricity,
local phone calls.
Not included: baggage transfer to the villa, personal items laundry,
